Once payment is completed, the order will be processed and delivered as per the details shared.

Orders will not be confirmed until the full payment is received (except for Cash on Delivery orders).

2. Order Confirmation:

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for delivered or used items unless damaged or incorrect.

We strive to deliver orders on time, but delays due to external factors (weather, traffic, etc.) are beyond our control.

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, refund will not be applicable.
