Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.


You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.


The product must be unused and in its original packaging.



2. How to Request a Return:

Provide order ID, product details, and a clear image of the issue.



3. Pickup & Verification:


Once approved, our team will schedule a pickup.


After inspection and approval, refund or replacement will be processed.



4. Non-Returnable Items:


Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc., are non-returnable unless damaged or spoiled.


Items returned without valid reason or after 24 hours will not be accepted.



5. Refund Timeline:


Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–7 working days via the original payment method.
